Report a Product Quality Complaint

A product complaint can relate to a physical issue with a medicine and/or its packaging (including the label and package inserts). Product quality complaints can include issues with a product's identification, delivery, distribution, quality, reliability, safety, effectiveness, or performance.

If you have a product quality complaint related to a physical issue with a Novavax product or its packaging, please report the complaint via ONE of the following ways:

Is the sample available for return?
If the sample is available, please retain the sample for 21 days from today. Novavax may request the sample as part of our investigation.

- A description of the circumstances that led to the discovery of the product defect
- How long have you experienced the issue with the product?
- If use or user error relates to the Product Quality Complaint

Report an Adverse Event (AE)

If you are concerned about an adverse event, it should be reported to the National Authority of Medicines and Health Products, IP (INFARMED, IP) at http://www.infarmed.pt.

Alternatively, adverse events of serious concern in association with a Novavax product can be reported to Novavax Pharmacovigilance at +351 21 020 6287 or via the Novavax Adverse Event Reporting Form..
